Recently I've seen this talk given by Elaine Morgan on the Aquatic Apes hypothesis and I totally support the idea. Not that I'm much into that stuff, or care for that matter, but it's an interesting idea. However I never did a proper research concerning the other one so I have no real means of comparison. Anyway. I just thought that it might be cool as a title for my journal.

I wanted to write this journal for already a month or so. I have forgotten almost everything I wanted to say since then (that month ago) though.

I attended the festival "Benatska Noc" in Mala Skala (CZE) (yes weird for It means "Venice night" in our language). It took almost 10 hours to get there by train, there aren't many bands for whom I'd do that (obviously Guano Apes are one of them). It was raining almost the whole time and the ground was all muddy and wet (no wet doesn't have the right emotional impact - do you guys know what a swamp is?) It wasn't too pleasant but as time passes good memories prevail. Guano Apes were excellent I just loved their performance with all the "classics" and two new songs. The atmosphere was great, though somewhat crowded. It's just a pity that noone (except me) understood that russian flag.(not even the band otherwise they wouldn't be all apologetic on their web). Along with them I saw some other amazing performances. The first czechoslovak Superstar Aneta Langerova was surprisingly appealing to me (not that surprising cause I used to listen to her music occasionally), also the known czech band Chinaski and Eagleheart, whom I didn't even know before (and which is now really surprising cause I don't like metal that much).

A lot happened in the first half of my holiday, at least every weekend I was somewhere else. Now it is a little more peaceful (actually boring). I'm home most of the time. I'm going to visit comics salon in two weeks and well that's it school again.

Do you know the feeling when you say you want to go to Moscow and noone is wiling to join you? The idea was maybe a little too spontaneous but I definitely want to go there (I wanted to do it this september)

A few days ago I got an interesting offer to do art for an online game. Although only an "online game" it means a lot to me and I will do the best I can, not to disappoint. Now I'm all considering different styles of approach and overall look. I still think that my art isn't good enough for that kind of job but I'm willing to work on a higher level than my skill allows (somehow)

I'm sure I forgot something but whatever... this is a wall of a text enough.
